Once a payroll item is created, it can be allocated to multiple employees at the touch of a button. Payslips are produced for each employee and can be viewed using the system and printed out if necessary. Employees will require a pin or their login password to view their payslip as this information is considered sensitive.
Quarterly tax schedules can be produced detailing the amount of income tax paid to the employees and this can be sent to the appropriate department.
